Short and Sweet

How is it already August?!?!?!?!

I seriously can´t believe how fast this week has gone by and It´s been such a good one! Such a mix with bipolar weather (I thought Missouri was bad, but Paraguay takes it to another level te digo) but despite it all, we still work work work work woooooork in the hot sun, in the rain, and in the cold. Speaking of the cold, I thought it would be impossible to get cold here in Paraguay, but seeing that homie over here has accustomed to the weather a bit.... IT GETS COLD!

This week we had 2 divisions! Wednesday we had divisions with the Hermanas of Isla Bogado and Hermana Reimer came down to Ysapy with me! She is in her first transfer of training and is from Washington! She is truly so awesome! I really enjoyed being able to work with her and see just how excited she is to share the gospel! Her spanish is very good and she wasn´t even nervous to teach or act with the inspirations that she received! I loved that! It´s always cool to be comps with new missionaries in the field because they remind me of the excitement that I still feel today to share the gospel :) On Thursday we had divisions with Hermanas from Luque 2B and I went there with hermana Aguierre! Sheis from Texas! She is so sweet! It was fun getting to bond on some of the same interests that we have and also talk about the importance of confidence and not giving up even when you hear much negativity. We were able to find some really awesome new people to talk to and teach! By the time we got home we made it just in time before the CRAZY TORMENTA and power outage! BUT luckily we got the power back before sleeping! This week I have had a great chance being able to see the Lord´s hand through my studies. It´s really something special to recognize the spirit more present in our day to day lives. It feels so awesome to get to share my testimony with people who truly are excited to learn about Christ. I know that as I continue to ask Heavenly Father for guidance that He is always going to direct me! I've been trying to find more ways to focus my study on questions that I have or investigators have and it´s been cool to see just how He always is leading and guiding me! I love that!

We also had an activity for our zone on Friday about Family History and about learning where your roots are from! I was in a classroom with an hermana from El Salvador and another one from the Dominican Republic! So naturally I was in the middle! I made Morir Soñando (a drink from the DR) and it was sooooooo good!

Though this weekly is kinda choppy and organized weird, I just hope you all know how much I love ya and that I´m truly grateful to be here serving the Lord in Paraguay! Every single day we witness miracles and I am grateful for your prayers because I truly can feel them!

I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCHHHHH
