Wowza! I can't believe another week has come and gone already! I hope you all had a very happy Thanksgiving! I love that we have that great time to truly spend time with our families and friends as we express our gratitude! It's such a great feeling to share the love we have for each other as we are in the Holiday season!
This week was such an amazing one! I am so so so glad to be here in Villa Hayes because I have learned quite a few great things! The first being that this area is AMAZING and that our investigators are some of the best kids that I've ever met! I can't express how blessed I am to be here at this time! Though it is a whole lot more walking in the hot summer sun I wouldn't trade it for anything! 2. I've got such an amazing companion out here! Hermana Wall has been such an amazing guide to this area and we have been truly having such a great time as we have being trying to make the holiday season a thing in our apartment! Hahaha! We made an apple pie and have a few nativities set up! and 3. I´ve learned of the blessings that come when we trust in the Lord! I have been working on being a lot more patient this week as we are working with a lot of kids instead of adults for our teaching pool and have noticed how amazing they really are! This Sunday we had a lot of investigators come to church and one of the kids that we had been teaching was drawing out the first lesson on our whiteboard from memory during our classes! IT WAS AMAZING!!!!! I know that Heavenly Father truly puts amazing people in our lives and when they are ready to hear and take in the gospel of Jesus Christ in their lives everything gets a little bit better!
I also went on a division this week with Hermana Nuñez and had a great opportunity of learning a lot from her and was reminded of how blessed I am to learn and grow from each companion that I have and leader! I am so grateful to be here in Paraguay and see how ready these people are to hear of the gospel of Jesus Christ!
Thank you all for being great examples to me and helping me remember that there are people everywhere who are ready to feel the love and joy of the message of the Restoration and Jesus Christ! This week starts the 1st of December which brings us to the Light the World season! I want to invite all of you to see what ways you can light the world and spread the love we feel from our Savior this Christmas Season!
