It's been another amazing week here in Villa Hayes and I can't wait to share a little bit of what all went down with y'all!
Hermana Wall and I have been teaching so many kids in this area and we have really seen how much they love the gospel! They are seriously so cute so I made sure to send some pictures of some of them! hahaha and i's been super cool because we have 3 kids who have baptismal dates for this Sunday December 9th! I can't believe how fast these kids have learned, but then at the same time I'm reminded just of how simple the gospel can be! For kids who are between the ages of 9 and 14 They have just really gained a testimony of our Savior! It's SO COOL to be a part of this work and I truly am so happy to have this time here in Paraguay to see miracles work!
It has also been pretty neat to see just how much the Lord trusts us and is constantly putting people in our paths for a reason! The other day we went to go find a reference and ended up talking to her mom for almost 20 minutes about the message of how families are so important and that we are all a part of Heavenly Father's family! I truly love that and am so grateful to help people draw closer to Christ and find the peace and happiness here!
On Thursday Hermana Wall and I had a really cool experience of being able to serve one of the families that we are teaching and thus were breaking pieces of charcoal into smaller ones to bag so that this family could sell it and make their living! Not gonna lie, it was SO MUCH FUN! Hahaha we did get pretty dirty and had to make sure we got all of the charcoal out of our hair and clothes, but It was such a great way to help them see the love we have for them and open more doors of being able to share the gospel!
I am so grateful that we are in the Light the World season this December where we can really try to help others along with ourselves remember the biggest light we have during this season! I truly have a testimony of our Savior Jesus Christ. He lives and loves each and everyone of us! It is through Him that we can find peace and comfort because He truly suffered for all of our pains. I love being a missionary and helping people come unto Christ!
