Hello everyone!
I am so so so grateful for the chance I have to talk with you all this week! I had the wonderful opportunity of watching General Conference this weekend and was Spiritually fed to the max! It is always so amazing to me how much we can grow closer to our Heavenly Father when we listen and follow the direction and counsel of His servants! General Conference is an event that takes place twice a year every six months in where members of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints tune into to listening to General Authorities and the inspiration and revelation they have to share with the world. It is an experience that I truly always cherish and am grateful to hear! Our prophet Russell M. Nelson was inspired to give such great council on how we should call ourselves as members of the Church. Instead of shorting our name to ¨Mormon´´ or ´´LDS´´ we have been counseled to use the full name of the church. I really liked his council because it reminded me about how important it is to remember whose church we are a part of. It is the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints and we need to always be ready to share with others about how we follow Jesus Christ.
I also really loved how we were reminded several times of our calling as ministers! We must reach out to all of our brothers and sisters and help them see how much we love and care for them! I just love how family centered and loving this message is! We are to love one another the way that our Savior loves us!
For those of you who did not receive the chance to tune into General Conference I invite you to do so! There is no such feeling as receiving love and council from those who love us and know the Savior!
I am so grateful for the love and support that you all have for me and I hope you always remember just how much love our Savior has for you!
